MyezPay provides online payment-related technology services, merchant support, payment access support, transaction tracking, payment reporting and related business services.

3. User and Merchant Responsibilities

• Users and merchants must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
• Users must not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised activities.
• Merchants are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, card scheme rules and service requirements.
• Merchants must ensure that goods or services sold to customers are lawful and accurately described.

4. Fees and Charges

Service fees, transaction charges, settlement arrangements and any applicable taxes will be disclosed to merchants before service activation or as stated in the applicable commercial agreement.

5. Service Availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the website and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party providers, regulatory requirements or force majeure events.

6. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, unlawful activity, breach of these terms, regulatory concerns, security risks or misuse of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SUARA TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of data.
